Applies to the BHB mobile app and website, operated by PSP Innovations.

Your account

By using BHB you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. BHB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent listings, or engage in abusive behaviour towards other users.

Listings and conduct

Listings must represent real businesses available for sale, transfer, rent, or partnership in India. Misleading titles, inflated financials, or duplicate listings are prohibited and will be removed without notice. Buyers must not misrepresent their intent or financial capacity. All communications through BHB chat must remain professional and lawful. BHB may monitor conversations to ensure platform safety and compliance.

Payments and liability

Subscription plans are billed in advance via Razorpay and are non-refundable once activated, except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. BHB is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the outcome of any business transaction between buyers and sellers. Business transfer payments between buyers and sellers happen outside the app and are the sole responsibility of the parties involved — BHB is not a party to any business sale agreement. Disputes arising from a sale are between the parties involved. BHB's liability is limited to the subscription amount paid.

Safety notice

BHB helps buyers and sellers connect but does not verify the truthfulness of listings or the outcome of deals struck between users. If you experience fraud, misrepresentation, or dishonest behaviour from another user, BHB is not responsible or liable for any resulting loss. Always verify details independently, meet in safe public settings, and never send money directly to another user outside secure, verified channels.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
