Information we collect

BHB collects information you provide during registration — name, email, phone number, city, and business details — to operate your account and personalise your experience. When you verify your Aadhaar, that verification is currently reviewed manually by our team and only the last four digits of your Aadhaar number are retained, in line with applicable Indian data protection requirements; we do not store your full Aadhaar number. Device information, app usage patterns, and push notification tokens are collected to deliver notifications and improve app performance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How your information is used

Your profile information (name, city, role, and rating) is visible to other registered users to enable trust and discovery on the platform. Business listings you publish are publicly visible. Chat messages are stored securely to support dispute resolution. We share payment data with Razorpay to process subscription payments, and application data with Supabase as our secure database provider — both maintain strict data protection standards. We may share data with law enforcement if required by Indian law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing innovations.psp@gmail.com. Deleting your account will remove your profile and listings from the platform within 30 days, though anonymised transaction records may be retained for legal compliance. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. If you have concerns about how your data is handled, please contact us and we will respond within 7 working days.
